NOLI (no-lee), noun
An architecture and design practice rooted in the belief that thoughtful design should positively shape the environment around us.
NOLI takes its name from the work of Giambattista Nolli, the Italian architect and surveyor best known for his iconic plan of Rome, the Pianta Grande di Roma, now universally referred to as the Nolli Map. The Nolli Map is a two-dimensional plan drawing that reveals the relationship between figure and ground, offering a powerful way to understand how buildings and public space interact within the urban fabric.
